Another beautiful ultrasound!  Baby now measures at 11 weeks and I'm actually 10 weeks and 4 days. So he/she has grown very nicely in the past 2 weeks.  Crown to rump length is 4 cm.  Heart rate is 171 and the baby is very active.  He/she was laying still at first but then started kicking around and doing flips.  Sooo fun to watch!

They also measured my small, remaining fibroids.  The two I knew about seem unchanged.  But they also mentioned one on or in my cervix that I haven't heard of previously.  The nurse practitioner said they'd watch it, it may affect my ability to have a vaginal delivery.  Or might not, as it may move out of the way as my uterus grows.  Either way, not a huge deal to me.  All I ask for is a healthy baby, the way it gets here is not so important to me.

I'll go back for another ultrasound on November 1st for the nuchal thickness measurement.  Lab work yesterday was good too, so they are weaning my medications again.  Just a couple more steps and I think I'll be off all of the extra medications.
