My HCG level this AM was 290! It more than tripled in 48 hours. Such good news. And my progesterone level is good at 30. Next steps....next Monday and weekly thereafter I have progesterone and estrogen levels checked, just to see if meds need adjusted. On September 17th I have an ultrasound scheduled to look for gestational sac, fetal pole and fetal heart beat. The fetal heart begins to beat around 6 weeks. The baby is about the size of a grain of rice at that time.
There have been so many people who have walked this journey with me, in one way or another. Some traveled with me, some have driven me to the airport, some helped with the donor selections, many have offered prayers, emotional support and encouragement, many have seen my bare bum and given me an injection. And each bit of that is so very much appreciated because it has all helped get me to this awesome day! Thank you to everyone that has been a part of this journey! May it continue to go smoothly from here.
