Just home from another great ultrasound appointment. I'm 7 weeks and 5 days today, the baby's crown to rump measurement is consistent with 7 weeks and 3 days. He/she measured 3 days behind last week too. The doctor says that is perfectly normal and not anything to worry about. The measurements are not exact and can be a few days off. It's the interval growth that we are seeing that's most important. The heart rate was a normal 156 today. The doctor saw what may still be a tiny pocket of residual blood from the hemorrhage last week, but it's almost completely resolved.
This news really puts my mind at ease and I'm feeling much less stressed. Hoping to be able to relax and enjoy every second of this precious pregnancy now! Next appointment with ultrasound on October 2nd.
