14 week update.....A little late as I was out of town last week at a pharmacology conference.
What's going on with baby this week: He/she weighs about an ounce and is about 4 inches long now. Baby can squint, frown and grasp. He/she is also drinking about a pint of amniotic fluid every day! That seems like quite a lot for one so small.
How do I feel: The nausea is easing up, but not quite gone yet. I'm not as tired but most days would still love a nap. Otherwise, I feel well, happy and trying to enjoy every minute of this special time!
What am I eating: One strange thing I like is ricotta cheese, straight of the container. Found some watermelon this week that is sooo good!
What I miss: The frequent doctor visits that reassured me that all is well. I did see my OB last week and she was "thrilled" with how well everything is progressing. We heard the heartbeat on the Doppler, it was 140's. But now my next appointment isn't until November 29th which seems like it's so far away.
What I'm looking forward to: Feeling baby movements that will be so reassuring. I know that's still a month or so away though.
All very wonderful news!!! I'm so thrilled for you!
