Today's ultrasound shows 28 total follicles, all of good size.  Tomorrow they will scan her again and decide if she receives the trigger shot, which means egg retrieval will occur 48 hours later.  So the flights we originally scheduled have been changed.  We'll now leave on February 2nd, which is Lisa's birthday.  Hopefully embryo transfer will happen on February 5th, my sister Nadine's birthday.  And we'll fly home on February 7th, my mother's birthday.  My youngest sister, Laura, says "all this birth must be a good sign."  Sure hope so!
