I talked to the high-risk OB about my recent fainting episode. She isn't worried but thinks it's just that the blood isn't getting back from my lower extremities well when I'm sitting upright for a period of time. She recommends moving around frequently and changing positions if I do have to sit for a time. She's also very excited that I'm 30+ weeks now!

Today's ultrasound shows the PAC's have returned to the same frequency as when they were first noted, about one in every 6-8 heartbeats. The structure of the heart still looks perfect and she was very careful to review and show me that. We didn't look at much else during the scan today, only amniotic fluid level was measured and it's fine. They said they only do fetal measurement every 3-4 weeks. So the doctor today thinks the PAC's are here to stay. She says we'll keep following them, and she expects we'll be hearing them on the fetal monitor when I'm in labor. If they last that long, they will usually resolve a month or two after birth. Because of the increase in frequency she wants to look again in a week. So an ultrasound next Monday and regular OB appointment Wednesday.
